:D Throughout the whole opening phase it smells like a bottled small nothern german stationery store! Do cistus and moss combine to form a patchouli-like scent? Opening is a dominant Fressia/rose opening and once the drydown kicks in the oakmoss shines through. I completely agree with Lily2911's review of this Byredo misfire. £4.42.

I just smelled this today。nothing about ROSE，I find a harsh、orient smell dominating throughout the whole course，smell like anise。But I think it's oakmoss+wood 。Smell so similarly to “SUNDAY COLOGNE”。So disappointed。.

The scent of roses will fill the air with subtle floral notes and in a pack of 3 you have plenty of replacement; equally, you can place one in several rooms to really inject your home with a gorgeous scent. Ha, incredible.

This is exactly a unisex perfume, but honestly I find it proper for neither genders. If I spray on paper or on a jumper, its a wonderful, dark almost unisex rose-scent. I I feel the formulation has been tweaked a bit, since the pink liquid to the now clear liquid. Pleasant rose scent with a certain green, woody twist. Mossy facet creates additional depth for this composition and a very natural green fresh feel. The first 30 minutes is not the best part but as it dries down, it turns into a beautiful leathery smell (leather is not even a note here), which I adore. My skintype and Rose Noir doesn't get along at all. If you want strong musky rose look for L`Arte di Gucci EdP. The first time I wore it, a cashier in an electronics store gave me a compliment, asking what I was wearing because she was looking for a gift for a relative. The smell that projects is a soft musky pink rose, but the smell on my arm is all the "noir" notes.

A bit of obnoxious sour rose , thin instead of rich,with an acidic citrus note and some warmth from the freesia note. Performance is above average, with at least an hour or more with projection up to several feet. I like the originality of this blend. I received a small sample of this about a week ago. a mixture of woody, oriental notes are so mixed that the whole perfume smells somehow sour.

I think the name is very precise, this is a dark rose.

But as what I have said before it is not special and unique enough considering the immense number of rose fragrances in the market.
